The band enjoyed the opportunity to rehearse our regional contest test piece, First Suite in E-Flat - Gustav Holst, with Chris Davis yesterday. The rich experience and knowledge offered by Chris, enabled us to build on our current work and to develop the piece.
Gosport Solent Brass are now looking forward to performing the piece both at the Oxford Winter Contest on Saturday, 23rd February and at the WEBBA Regionals in Torquay on Saturday March 9th.
Once again, we would like to offer Chris our deepest thanks for his time and effort.
